Individual Psychological (or psychotherapeutic) Treatment for Adults

  • We work with adults to provide support, resources, and treatment to deal with a range of mental health difficulties, traumas, addictions, relationship challenges, stressors and life transitions.
  • We provide evidence based treatment for mood, anxiety, eating, trauma, substance use, and personality disorders (including Borderline Personality Disorder).

  • We work with young adults to provide support, resources, and treatment to deal with a range of mental health difficulties, traumas, addictions, relationship challenges, identity issues, stressors and life transitions.
  • We provide evidence based treatment for mood, anxiety, eating, trauma, substance use, and personality disorders (including Borderline Personality Disorder).
  • We support young adults in their transition from adolescence to adulthood by attaining greater independence, productivity, and self-sufficiency. We help young adults to pursue their goals and to engage in education, employment and/or volunteering.
  • We often work with family members in order to improve family functioning, support, responses and relationships, which will enhance the well-being and recovery of our young adult clients.

Individual Psychotherapy For Children and Adolescents

  • We promote the resilience of children and adolescents by helping them build skills and resources needed to manage life challenges.
  • We help children and youth learn to cope with and regulate their emotions and behavior.
  • We help children and youth manage and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, depersonalization, school avoidance, ADHD, learning disabilities, eating disorders, addictions, adjustment disorders, and sleep difficulties.
  • We help children and youth cope with and recover from trauma, adversity, losses, disruptions, family challenges, identity issues, life stressors and transitions.
  • We strive to help youth become more responsible and independent, more thoughtful when making decisions, more competent in achieving goals, more secure in their identity, and more effective in their relationships.
  • We work with children and youth in the context of their families. We aim to improve parenting skills, family functioning, and family relationships, which will improve the well-being of our child and adolescent clients.
