Individual Psychology Treatment for Adults
- We work with adults to provide support, resources, and treatment to deal with a range of mental health difficulties, traumas, relationship challenges, life stressors and life transitions.
- We provide treatment for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, insomnia, eating disorders, addictions, and personality disorders (particularly Borderline Personality Disorder).
Individual Psychology Treatment For Adolescents and Children
- We promote the resilience of children and adolescents by focusing on their strengths and helping parents increase their assets.
- We help children and youth manage and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, depersonalization, school avoidance, ADHD, learning disabilities, eating disorders, addictions, adjustment disorders, and sleep difficulties. We also help children and youth learn to cope with and regulate their emotions and behavior, and to deal with problems and stress in effective ways.
- We help children and youth cope with and recover from traumas (such as abuse or neglect), difficult life events or transitions (e.g. the loss of a family member, blending of families, moving to a new city), family stressors (e.g. divorce, familial mental health and addiction problems, family conflicts).
- We strive to help youth become more responsible and independent, more thoughtful when making decisions, more competent to set and achieve goals, and more comfortable and secure in their identity and relationships.
- We work with children and youth in the context of their families and communities, and help to bolster and improve their relationships within this network.
