Social Worker or Psychotherapist 

Broadview Psychology is currently seeking a social worker or psychotherapist to join our comprehensive and compassionate practice. We are a team of mental health professionals who offer assessments and treatment to children, adolescents, adults, parents, families and couples. We are looking for a therapist to be part of our strong team of clinicians who work closely together providing comprehensive and adherent DBT, as well as providing CBT, ACT, EFT and mindfulness. We are a clinic that emphasizes evidence-based treatment, training, and consultation/supervision so that we can deliver high-quality treatment. We engage in extensive program evaluation to ensure that we are offering effective services and we are continually enhancing our services. We highly value working collaboratively as a team with each other and with our clients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work and/or Psychotherapy
  • Registration by the CRPO or the OCSWSSW
  • Training and experience in intervention with adolescents, parents, and families. Registration to work with children would be an asset.
  • Training and experience in treating a range of mental health issues, including emotional and behavioural dysregulation, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and PTSD.
  • Training and experience in conducting DBT and openness to obtaining DBT Certification

Hours: Flexible schedule with a minimum of three days per week including some evening or weekend hours.

Location: Hybrid – in-person (Toronto or Stouffville) and virtual
