Behavioural Coaching
In working on their goals, clients often engage in behavioural tasks, exposures or changes on their own, outside of their individual or group therapy sessions. Some clients benefit from the support of a behavioural coach to help them with applying these steps.
Behavioural Coaching at Broadview Psychology
Our behavioural coaches provide educational coaching for students to help with organizing themselves, deciding on priorities, setting goals, facing academic tasks, and overcoming procrastination. They may work with clients to help them with the steps they need to take in acquiring a volunteer or employment position.
They may provide in-person coaching to clients who are tackling their fears associated with OCD, trauma, or other anxiety disorders, or who are needing to increase behavioural activation to reduce their depression.
