Emilia Pacholec

Emilia Pacholec is the Intake Coordinator at Broadview Psychology. Additionally, she conducts exposure therapy and psychoeducational coaching with Broadview Psychology clients and co-facilitates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy groups.

Emilia obtained a degree in Psychology from York University and completed professional training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Mindfulness. Prior to coming to Broadview Psychology, Emilia was involved in a number of research and clinical roles. She was a research assistant in labs at York University that focused on adolescents and young adults and held research positions with Kids Help Phone and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. Additionally, she gained clinical experience with clients experiencing mood disorders and early psychosis in inpatient settings and worked with at risk youth in the residential system.

Outside of Broadview Psychology, Emilia loves being active outdoors and particularly enjoys snowboarding in the winters and hiking and camping throughout the year. She also enjoys travelling, renovating, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.
